Request: when typing, merge characters together to be in same place

Currently, if I write "Hello", I might see "H","e","l","o". I can't see "l" twice if it's typed fast. If types too fast, I can also miss some letters on the way.

I suggest to have some threshold, and have the rectangles smaller in case it's too fast. So for example if I type quickly "Hello" and then ENTER, I will still be able to see them both, maybe even both of those at the same given time.
