@mattleibow Can we keep all D3D12 API and do not compile skia with D3D12 precondition? Then compile skia with D3D12 precondition and make a native dependency nuget package.

Publish System.Xaml as a separate nuget package.

For now Net Core 3.0 was released. Is there any information about this issues?
