Crash in certain situation with block syntax

The test "Can_load_block_statements_for_method" is crashing on on format.

This has been identified as a probable bug in the .NET Compiler Platform CTP and logged for a fix there.

It is proving intermittent for me. If you encounter this, please let me know. I currently have it working for tests.
