[Feature Request] Disable Cancellation Request After Due Date

I am looking for a hook that would disable the cancellation request feature if the account is past the due date. As well I would like to see if you could add the function to set a number of days before the due date to also restrict the cancellation process.

I would not like to see the cancellation link completely removed, but rather when clicked to show a message that the cancellation is past the set timeframe and it cannot be processed.
