Allow `useFirestoreDoc` `DocumentReference` arguments to be nullable

Unfortunately changing the library as well as this is a deal breaker

`@types/bun` still conflicts with `@types/node`

Any workaround in a meantime? Would love to use `bun:test` 🙏 cc @Jarred-Sumner

Getting this on Mac Sonoma 14.4.1, tried VPN, tried different projects, nothing works but restarting my computer, then it works for a bit then returns to the previous state at...

Bun and firestore (firebase-admin)

+1 need this too, not sure what we can do in our monorepo with one repo of firebase functions
