Android cannot receive files

Everything goings on normal a few days ago, but it cannot receive files for today tests, and previous versions of my app cannot receive files too. The flutter prompts: W/Adreno-ES20(31992): <get_gpu_clk:229>: open failed: errno 13.

Anyone can help me?
