Ola! Ao executar definir a costumizaçao do link aparece essa mensagem: service not available! Ai depois aparece para sair apertando ctrl+c . Como posso resolver?

Custom link say service unavailable, and normal link are very slow and don't open, both with vpn and without

Pip not downloading “rich” and request I go about it manually but lost as to what I meed to have installed…below is my screen
