BT dont stop heating when set to 5 degree

Hello,

when I set my temperature to 5 degree in BT it will set 6,5 degree and 11 degree on the second TRV.

So the valve is not fully closed…

any solution?

Maybe your TRV has some kind of frost protection?

I dont think so bc when I deactivate BT on the TRV I can set 5 degree on the TRV with no issue. And the meassured temprature at the thermostate is over 20 degree.
