Support for presense detection/occupancy sensors and motion detection with preset temperature

Description

With mmWave/radar sensors becoming very affordable (less then 20€ on Aliexpress for Zigbee Version, see blakaddr list, or ESP32 based from e.g. Everything Smarthome), it would be nice to be able to switch the desired temperature to a preset comfort temperature when occupancy is detected and back to an eco temperature preset after some configurable time. This would save quote some work compared to Automations + scheduler card.

Same for motion detection.

https://github.com/jmcollin78/versatile_thermostat does this already, but claims not to work with Homematic or Danfoss POPP, and Lack other features as well.
