Ignore non-existing outdoor temperature sensor

I've setup my zigbee devices again and my outdoor sensor is currently not added yet. So there's a configured temperature sensor but it isn't existing for HA.

I think this "issue" should just be ignored and logged instead of breaking the heating functionality - like it currently does.

I commented out the two lines (off-temperature and outdoor temperature sensor) and everything works as normal.

OK, i made some test, sadly its allready very difficult to check the state on startup, so i cant get a clear info if a entity didn't exist, to prevent bad UX for users i will not change the startup process. so this is the right behavior. The user must know if a sensor exists in HA or not
