Distinguish US and UK unit systems

Multiple people wrote me that Imperial system with miles / feet is US specific. In UK are used miles / yards (while driving) and meters / kilometers for everything else. It would be great to be more UK friendly.

It would also be more friendly to the vast majority of worldwide users if the navigation voice would talk about meters instead of the very local yards. This seems to apply to all languages (English, German, French and Chinese tested).

Hi. Navigation voice instructions should follow metrics settings of the app.
