Adding item to inventory is not working
When adding an item to an (air) inventory slot and saving the profile nothing happens when you log into the game. The loaded profile is still the same as before you edited the file in the editor.
This isn't confirmed to work on the latest version. If yo have it on steam, you're running the latest version.
Make sure to look under https://github.com/Karlovsky120/7DaysProfileEditor/releases
These comments specify that.
0.16.3.2 is released, supports 16.3. Going forward, I will keep the editor and 7 days to die versions in sync.
e.g. our 16.4 will support 7d2d 16.4, etc... we got a little out of sync this version.
Maybe it's just me but the only way I can get the Inventory to save properly is this..
Go to the AppData folder for 7d2d.. Open the Player file in the editor. Delete the original file in the folder. Then save the new player file in the directory.
Overwriting the file does nothing as the game still sees the old file somehow. The game is not open either while I am doing this.
