Suggestion: Add an identifier to /close

/close identifier:

Command description text: Includes a message sent to ticket owner along with transcript in DMs after close. Use without identifier to only send transcript.

This would allow staff to close tickets and include a message in the DM sent to players about why it was closed. Ex: /close Ticket concluded, ban appeal denied.
