Collapse Series Relationship causes "child" series to not appear in filters and in other libraries

What happened?

I have a series in both cbz and pdf. I set up an alternative version relationship from the cbz version for the PDF version. This caused the PDF version to be hidden from the library and it no longer appeared in my in progress filter because I have collapse series relationship turned on.

What did you expect?

Collapse series relationship should only affect series within the same library. As for the filter behavior I'm not entirely sure I guess it should turn off the series collapse.
