PDF reader fails to jump to saved position if in background

What happened?

If the window is in the background after opening a PDF when it fully loads it will not jump to the saved position it will stay on the first page. This can be easily reproduced by minimizing the window right after opening.

What did you expect?

PDF opens and jumps to the saved position
