Kavita does not correctly display the index or images for the "Python Crash Course A Hands-On, Project-Based Introduction to Programming 3rd Edition" epub.

As my title says, Kavita does not correctly display a certain epub. The index shows it as a long open list and some images embedded in the epub are shown above the text, blocking its reading. I'll upload some screenshots so you can see what I'm talking about.

The index displayed correctly with Calibre Windows.

The image displayed correctly using android apps on a Lenovo tablet, the first image corresponds to Librera and the second to Lithium.

Would you please include that screenshot of the other app, which is the expected, so I can see how they might have done it.

For the broken rendering, it's interesting because built-in styles seems to be breaking it:

I even disabled Kavita's styles it puts on images to ensure they don't overflow the window and the issue still persists. I'm curious why it doesn't break on other readers.

Hi, the table of contents is still not displayed correctly in the book with kavita v0.8.2. Perhaps this is something that needs further analysis?
