Thanks for reporting the issue. We have tried the link on multiple browsers and machines, and can open it without any issues. Can you please share the error you get?

Hi ， the error is “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”， i think it is a network connectivity issue. And i have another question, if i have only one sample, can i use SCHISM to infer the tumor evolution?

Hi Jing,

I am not sure if I can help with the network connectivity issue.

Regarding the use of a single sample, you can still run SCHISM analysis; but you will have much higher power to detect branched evolution if you jointly analyze more than one sample.
