not telling me the seed even though it has enough bits

i have tested it in multiple servers and single player but it never told me what the seed was (ver 1.16.5)

i also made sure all structures decorations and biomes are enabled and have watched the tutorial video multiple times

i have the same problem, i checked the version but the version was fine
