Paper 1.6+ End Seed

Is it possible to decode the seed of the end and the end itself? In a paper server they seem to use a different structure seed than the overworld. I have the working overworld seed, but cant seem to get the end seed.

I dont see rendering for the End Cities, is this normal? I only see rendering in the End for the pillars and decoration rendering for the escape gateways.

Obtaining the structure seed for the end, and maybe nether would be really good in paper but im not sure if its possible, any tips?

I tried setting my finder to only use types End City, Enc Pillars, and End Gateways. Then i cleared my bits. Ive searched the end and after 4 cities i did not get the option to seed search.
