Dim the output of child commands within the CLI

It can be hard to tell when funcie is outputting something, versus when terraform is. We should keep the output of child commands to prevent the CLI feeling like magic, but perhaps there's opportunity to capture the output and replace the colour codes with more dimmed versions. Then the non-dimmed outputs are funcie, and dimmed outputs are child processes.
