The user should receive a warning if the copy of PoE they're running does not match the correct client.txt

Since we default match the non-Steam copy, if the user had that installed then switched to Steam, their settings would be valid but no whispers would be found because Steam uses it's own client.txt. A warning should be given in this case when the notifier is started after PoE is.

More than that, it should actually automatically change to the right path. This will be useful for the 3.0 beta client too.
