Constant crashes on 3.0

Greetings,

this may be a duplicate of #23 but since #23 is a little bit older and happened to affect an older version, I report this as an independent ticket:

At least since the update to 3.0 I get constant crashes of PoEWhisperNotifier that I am unable to pin down and reliably reproduce.

After some time, the program stops recording whispers and sending out pushbullet notifications. When I try to exit the application, it doesn't react and I have to stop it via taskmanager.

I'm running it on Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, Build 16251 (Insider Preview) if this is in any way helpful.

Feel free to ask me for further information to isolate this problem and / or merge with #23 in case you consider this a mere duplicate.
