EAX extensions have been added in OpenAL Soft, thanks to @kcat and @bibendovsky! Hope @bibendovsky can help with DSOAL too :)
The only thing I can hope for is a DirectSound wrapper that points to the new EAX implementation of OpenAL Soft, otherwise I can't say anything because I don't have...
