Automatically update docsets

Most docsets in this repository are outdated. I think expecting users to update is slow and impossible. Maybe we should leverage Github Action to provide a CI/CD template for automatically updating docsets based on releases, and users just need to refine the scripts that generate the docsets.

I think this is a good idea. However, a script to provide to the users would be best because that is a difficult thing to properly do so once someone makes a good one, it can be disseminated to everyone. Kinda like dash2doc
