Update TYPO3 docset

Hi @Kapeli According to https://github.com/Kapeli/Dash-User-Contributions/pull/529 TYPO3 is one of the officially supported Dash docsets, so I suppose that it should not be added as a User Contributed Docset. I would like to offer my help to get a more recent docset of typo3. The current online documentation is available at https://api.typo3.org/. There also is a ticket in the TYPO3 Documentation team: https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/T3DocTeam/issues/116 regarding a new docset version, but the related PR seems not to be merged. So if anything is required to be done on the TYPO3 side, please let me know. Best regards, Michael
