Request: Win32 API

Possibly can be derived from MicrosoftDocs/win32 which is in Markdown format with annotations. There may be existing (open sourced) tools for processing this but I haven't found them (yet).

Thanks for the tip, but I've had that one for a while. I was hoping for something that will be kept up to date. This really needs an import script of some sort that can be run periodically.
