Did you install toolchain with Visual Studio installer? We expect it to add these registry keys.

Looks good overall but my point about stock splits still stands.

It's actually mentioned on `.chezmoidata.` page: https://www.chezmoi.io/reference/special-files-and-directories/chezmoidata-format/ I guess "special files" and "special directories" can be split and both file `.chezmoidata.` and `.chezmoidata` folder can point to the same page.
