Weird flickering when working with the right side panel

Describe the Bug

When adding and removing when and otherwise in a choice eip the panel starts to flicker a couple of times as if it is being recreated repeatedly. I attached a screenshot showing it. I also realized when you click Apply in that panel then it also flickers / gets recreated and again when you close the popup notification spawned by clicking Apply. Sometimes you even lose the focus when already starting to fill a text field for instance.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. create a step
2. create a choice
3. select the choice to open the right panel
4. click + When a couple times
5. click Remove on a create When
6. click the Apply a couple times
