Cross to close contextual catalog remained for the first step

Describe the Bug

The cross was removed for the contextual catalog in most cases except when it is oepenign with the first step:

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Click on "Add a Step" on an empty canvas
  2. There is a cross to close the Catalog
