Step Extensions: Rename `default` view to `details`

Description

At the moment, we allow overriding the Details tab/view when the user provides a step extension with the name default. This isn't self-explanatory since the names are different, and can lead to confusion.

Proposal

Rename default view to details view, so that it is clear which view and tab you are replacing.
