Migrate to scriptster

The scriptster gem implements slightly improved version of the Logger and ShellCmd classes. Remove them and use the gem instead.

What needs to be done

1. Add a dependency on scriptster.
2. Migrate the logger configuration to the way scriptster does it.
3. Search for all references to log or ShellCmd and replace them using scriptster.
