Fix to disable notifications when screen saver is up

Reopening https://github.com/KanoComputing/kano-desktop/pull/194 against master

  • Kano-updater was re-enabling notifications on termination
  • Fixed by telling him not to do so in this case
  • Minor fix whereby notifications would eventually be disabled because a non-interruptible process was found
