english translation of the interface

It would be great to have an english translation of the websites interface.

I understand that could be a good thing, but i don't currently have the time to do this.

If strings in the interface are extracted and there is a system for I18N, I could help to translate a german version. However I am not into web development with perl and therefore cannot provide the basic setup.

Maybe someone else can help out with the first steps.

Actually, I think of a complete rewrite of dnsmanager. I won't change the base code right now, but in a few months I think it will be completely rewritten to be wayyyy more efficient, in another language and it will very probably have multi-language support.
