Provide ability to return redirect for request (check redirection reactions)

Hello @KaneCheshire,

Try to find some system which provide redirection answer from server, because can't reproduce it locally with wasRediretedTo in URLProtocol, this not called willPerformHTTPRedirection from URLSessionDelegate :(

I suppose that the external server do this well, but not found working solution yet...
