fix: remove workflow node deprecation warning

This PR fixed the deprecation warning in .github/workflows/auto-build.yml:

auto-build (16.x)
Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: actions/checkout@v3, actions/setup-node@v3, actions/upload-artifact@v3. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/.

Not sure if you really need it, as 507e81911816ffd82ef57d7f314ba211d0751785 implies you use an internal branch for auto build and last public workflows run was 10 months ago. Feel free to close this if so.
