Add search bar to filter stories by name

This adds a search bar to the top of the sidebar that filters shown stories by whether they, or their ancestors, contain the specified text.

This will likely be closed as I will need to re-implement this work after my React rewrite of Hoarcekat is merged. Thank you for the PR, it's much appreciated. 😄
