so, the lib is still not in the package set, is it compatible with purescript 0.14? Should I open a pr to add it?

Unfortunately, I cannot move forward with it until selda dependencies are added to the package-set. I plan to merge current PRs as soon as the dependencies are ready and then tackle 0.14 compatibility. Or would you suggest a different plan?
