Joker Hud Fix + Joker Nameplate Customizations

Bugfix (only show own jokers)

The option to show only your own jokers in the UI was broken due to an incorrect value mapping in the options menu. This PR will fix that feature.

Features (joker nameplate customization)

Games with many jokers become visually crowded when every joker has a name and large health radial floating above them. Secondarily, there are very popular mods which provide joker nameplate information (such as Keepers).

This adds menu options to completely customize the display of joker Nameplates.

Only the English localization is provided.

Hey, thank you for your contribution.

Just have two notes about this PR:

1. I don't think it would be a good practice to move some of the HUDList options into different menus, might make it even more confusing in to where to find anything. (Already a challenge with the amount of settings this mod has :D)
2. Please always add newly localized strings into all (used) localization files (in their english version). Got the feedback back then, that it's easier to just translate a couple of things, not having to seach around which strings are new.
