Suggestion: Moving HUD elements and scaling.

Will be great if we may moving all HUD elements wherever we want to and scaling separately. For example I want to move players' bars to right and chat box return to left. Also want to scaling up health bar and picked up items' icons (especially chemical ingredients), but weapon icons leave as is. Another minor suggestion - the ability to edit all sets of colors (whether TABinfo or Lasers) or add your own sets. P.S.: I don't know where I can to post suggestions.)

Giving an option to display teammate panels left/right shouldn't be a hughe problem. Maybe even letting you move them on the x-Axis. And then probably move the chat and DrivingHUD to the opposite side.

But having a different scale for Health circle or Special equip doesn't seem like an easy task. It will probably break the automatic layout generation, so the teammate name will be always on to of the highest element. However, I just added the option to define, how many special equipment items will be displayed in one column, so you can basically increase or decrese those icons size with that.

With the colors, I decided to go with a color selector and an alpha slider, because it will keep menus a little nicer and shorter. (I absolutely hate the kinda bugged scrolling behaviour of the Payday menus... :/) So instead of 3 color sliders + one for alpha, I only need half the amount of items. I tried to give quite some color variation. However, if you wanna add some, feel free to do so. (Best would be via pull request, but posting them as an issue, or PM me on Lastbullet would work too. Just try to keep some balace between the different colors. :D) I actually searched and had a list of about 100 colors before official release, but ecided to lower them, so peaople don't fall asleep while looking for a color matching their taste, lol :P

And yes, this is the right place for suggestions too. Thats what the different labels are for. (So, I'm not sure, if you can apply them, or not... ^^)
