Wrong calculation for adding lvl 0 cards

When adding lvl 0 card Leo de Luca, it only counts as 1 xp to add 2 cards to the deck, compared to adding 2x lvl 1 cards, which calculates correctly.

... or maybe I am doing something wrong. :)

In my knowledge, required xp of your case is 7.

When you upgrade Streetwise lv0 into Streetwise lv3, your deck has 1 fewer card since non-permanent card is swaped into permanent card. Therefore, you have a chance that you buy one level 0 card for free instead of paying 1xp.
