Hopefully I got the deckbuilding rules correct.

Seeing as she's unreleased, I put a date_release for the pack of 2024-12-31. I'm assuming this won't be merged in until she's publicly available, but the date should probably be get adjusted before that happens.

Is there an outstanding issue with this pull request preventing it from being accepted? I'd just really like to build some || Jenny decks!

@vitaemachina I don't think there is any issue with it - we have pulled it into ArkhamCards and arkham.build already and it works flawlessly there - the linked arkhamdb PR also makes it work on arkhamdb itself. So if you just want to build decks, one of those options would allow you to do so already.

Now it's a matter of one of the people with access pulling it into the site database.
