No mods work in 0.6.0 that did in 0.5.6

I tried moving from 5.6 to the latest but none of my mods load. I loading everything with and without adding a dir named UnX_Old in my texture folder and put everything into that but it simply doesn't seem to load. I switch back to 5.6 and everything loads again... I checked the ini, it directs to the right location and it is set to inject, all settings seem ok as far as I can tell. Any idea what could be wrong with that?
