Game doesn't start with tzfix installed on Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.48)

Hello please help. The Tales of Zestiria doesn't run on the latest Windows 10 update. The game works fine with out the fix installed. But with the fix the game doesn't start, just the process is still running in task manager. I'm using Tales of Zestiria "Fix" - v 1.8.5.

Never mind I fixed it! I installed the fix through SKIM64.exe

I also had this problem - thank you for your comment, I wouldn't have known to try SKIM otherwise! Don't know why that worked, though.

This issue also happens when I change some setting within SK in-game. The game runs fine but when I try to open it next, it just hangs. Don't know which setting it is, I will try to pin it down.

After the game stops working, I just uninstall & reinstall TZF via SKIM in order to play again.

This error happens even when I never open the SK control panel.

Issue can be resolved by setting Frequency=false in Version/installed.ini.
