Black/White screen on startup AMD Vega

Specs: Windows 10 64 bit 1809 LTSC (virtual machine running in KVM) AMD TR 1920x (6 cores and, 2 threads given for each core) 16GB RAM Vega 56 flashed with 64 bios (driver 19.4.1 non-optional)

Before Issue: Game starts properly and, I'm able to play it without the fix. No apparent issues noted.

Issue: After applying fix and, starting the game I get stuck at a black screen which becomes white; the Berseria cursor is visible at all times.

Steps taken: -ReLive is not installed -Disabled AMD overlay -Disabled Game bar -Disabled/Enabled Steam overlay -Removed switch pro controller

Notes: -Each time I open Radeon settings after closing Berseria, with the fix, it crashes and, restarts radeon settings. -Playing Zesteria with TZF works with no issues (of course two different games but wondered if a similar issue would happen).

Recently tried 0.9.9 and, the game loads properly with no noticeable issues. The shadows and, post processing elements are there, only thing missing is the aspect ratio correction (not a noticeable concern for me). Will keep the issue open longer.
