the junk pids in jumarket1501.py are inconsistent

In the market1501 file, [0, -1] is defined as junk pids, but only the picture with id -1 is discarded in the process_dir method. Why was it handled this way?

First I wanna ask you that whether you could get the dataset "market1501" using the code that tries to get the the dataset from url "http://188.138.127.15:81/Datasets/Market-1501-v15.09.15.zip" ?
