Purpose of background images (market1501)

There is no image labeled as 0000 in the query image, so why do you proceed with the test by putting the background image in the gallery image?

0000 indicates that DPM detected errors in the process of extracting these 750 people (it may be the same person as query), that means some are useful for testing? maybe

I wanna ask you that whether you could get the dataset "market1501" using the code that tries to get the the dataset from url "http://188.138.127.15:81/Datasets/Market-1501-v15.09.15.zip" ?
