How to create my own MARS-like dataset

Hello! I'm interested in MARS dataset and papers based on it, so I want to create my own MARS-like dataset for Person Re-ID. Now I have the original videos and images of different cameras and they're taken at the same time. Is there any code to create images and txt files like MARS? Thank you!
