GER/FRA - Wonky ultimatum for Spanish intervention

While playing as FRA, I received an offer from the CNT-FAI to join my faction. I accepted, and it immediately pulled me into a war against the other Spanish civil war factions. I got an ultimatum from Germany to cease hostilities (event 900825, GERMAN FOREIGN.txt). However, the event fails to recognize that France intervened in the Spanish civil war, so instead of kicking CNT-FAI from Internationale and forcing white peace between Internationale and Kingdom of Spain and Carlist Spain, it merely peaced out the Internationale and Kingdom of Spain. The result was that Spain was split between CNT-FAI in the Internationale and the Kingdom of Spain, and the civil war never ended.
