austrian event where they go to war after austria wants to impose austrian king on italy, if italy loses and makes peace in the war via event the pope still stays as head of state. and even though puppet italy will not accept alliance offer (probably because of pope?)

also, if winning the serbia gets event to offer peace to bulgaria, however the "end of the fourth balkan war!" event does not fire. and bulgaria will still have claims, etc. one must annex bulgaria to end the balkan war

playing as bulgaria one cannot first puppet romania then serbia, since the event 84020 for releasing a puppet serbia has condition "bulgaria controls budapest" province 316

For the Austria-Italy peace interaction, it could be the event (901140) setting the HoS & HoG before applying the domestic slider modifications. This event chain also includes 901141, and 901142 which reapplies the domestic slider changes; I can add a second set of commands to make Josef I von Österreich-Toskana and Stephen X as HoS and HoG, just in case.

Releasing a puppet Serbia definitely should require province 338, as the puppet Romania event requires province 316.

As for the "End of the Fourth Balkan War", I think it's intended that Bulgaria keeps its claims if Serbia takes the early and lesser victory, perhaps so Bulgaria can make a comeback in another war later on? It's an old event chain and I'm not sure what the exact intent was.
