Middle East Tripartite and Germany

I don’t know if you’re able to control alliances, but I don’t know if Germany would accept ally with the tripartite before they won. Though all Germany did was land on an Island, so it didn’t effect much. Though I imagine it’s not unreasonable for them to accept an alliance if they win, but then you have a war programmed in later, and that would effect the allies reasoning.
